A new two-day market at Parque Fundidora will give 180 Nuevo León entrepreneurs a place to sell, learn and connect with state support before the fall selling season.

Nuevo León’s Secretaría de Economía and Amar a Nuevo León opened the call for the second Mercado Hecho en Nuevo León: Mujeres que Inspiran. About 180 women entrepreneurs are expected at Nave Lewis in Parque Fundidora on September 19 and 20. Registration closes Wednesday, September 2, through the Hecho en Nuevo León platform.

The event is designed as more than a sales floor. Coverage from Milenio and Reporte Índigo describes guidance on finance, inventory, marketing, branding and sales, alongside information on state programs and financing options.

Why it matters

For a small business, two days of customer access can help. The more durable piece is the practical layer around it: a public market paired with advice, financing orientation and a route into the state’s supplier and support programs.

What to watch

The near-term deadline is the registration cutoff on September 2. Milenio reports that selected participants are expected to be notified around September 3.

  • Where: Nave Lewis, Parque Fundidora
  • When: September 19–20
  • Scale: About 180 women entrepreneurs
  • Registration: Through September 2 on Hecho en Nuevo León
