Afirme Banco and Caintra Nuevo León signed a financing agreement covering about 4,500 affiliated small and medium-sized businesses, Milenio and El Horizonte reported. The offer includes commercial credit at preferential rates, terms of up to 60 months and no opening fee.
The package also includes leasing of up to MX$5 million for equipment, transportation or machinery, plus factoring so suppliers can obtain liquidity without taking on debt. Caintra said complete PyME credit applications should receive a preferred response within 48 hours.
Credit, leasing and factoring in one package
The agreement addresses three constraints the chamber and bank identified for smaller operators: guarantees that some companies cannot provide, limited credit history and approval timelines that do not match operating needs. It is a financing channel for Caintra members, not a commitment that every applicant will receive credit.
