Nuevo León recorded MXN 5,631.8 million in private construction production value in July, the largest state total in the ENEC survey, ABC Noticias and El Horizonte reported.

The figure measures private construction production during the month, rather than a tally of newly announced projects. CMIC Nuevo León president Rodrigo Garza described the state’s lead as 42 consecutive months, dating to February 2023, and credited private investor confidence.

Total output and output per resident tell different stories: ABC Noticias reported that Sonora was slightly higher at about MXN 902 per person in July, compared with roughly MXN 898 for Nuevo León.
