San Pedro Garza García is building the Centro de Intervención del Trastorno del Espectro Autista, or CITEA, with Ps. 220 million assigned to the civil works. The project sits in the municipality’s Casco Urbano on a 16,000-square-meter site, with about 10,000 square meters of new buildings.
The state says the campus should be ready by the end of September. The announced program combines therapy and diagnostic spaces with a public school, sports and sensory areas, a cinema, and other facilities designed for children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
Why it matters
For the local construction ecosystem, this is a sizeable civic project with a clear near-term handoff date. It also puts more public-facing space behind an existing care network, with the state describing the center as a complement to Centro TEA+.
